1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and win588 ("we," "us," "the Platform," "win588"). 3. Account Registration

All financial transactions on win588 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or in the currency selected at the time of the transaction where multiple currencies are supported.

Upon account closure, withdrawable balances (i.e., verified own-funds balances, net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Funds associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations or fraud may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
